AUFGABEN
* Disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, including task coordination and resource planning
* Testing and assessment of embedded software components for our national and international customers
* Responsibility for technical and quality assurance, including reviews and certifications of embedded software components (firmware, basis software, sw functionalities for implementation of system functions, etc.) in compliance with functional safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.)
* Building and expanding team capacity and expertise
* Close coordination with other team leads and department management, especially regarding the coordination of system projects including HW and SW parts.
QUALIFIKATIONEN
* Several years of professional experience in functional safety and/or the development of embedded software components (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 13849, etc.)
* Initial experience in technical leadership, preferably with disciplinary leadership responsibilities
* Decisive action and enthusiasm for innovation
* Flexibility, and enjoyment of teamwork with a focus on long-term business success
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20-30%)
* Excellent English and good German language skills, both written and spoken
