We are currently seeking an Electrically Biased Site Manager to join a major EU data centre programme based in Frankfurt. This is a long-term contract role working on large-scale, technically complex data centre projects for a leading international delivery partner.
As Electrically Biased Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the electrical scope on site, coordinating subcontractors, managing programme and quality, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, client representatives, and commissioning teams to drive progress through installation, testing, and handover phases.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and European standards
Drive site health & safety, including RAMS reviews, permits, and toolbox talks
Support inspections, snagging, and final handover documentation
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Electrical Site Manager on data centre or mission-critical projects
Experience working on EU-based construction projects
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English required; German is advantageous but not essential
