My client who are one of the leading R&D companies in optoelectronics are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused professional to support users of their advanced photon detection systems. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between cutting-edge optical technologies and real-world applications. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with the setup, configuration, and refinement of our photon counting devices and supporting software. Act as a point of contact for technical queries, offering solutions in the field of optical quantum systems. Produce example applications and instructional content to highlight system capabilities. Work closely with R&D teams to translate customer input into product enhancements and new features.
