Job Overview
Growth and Strategic Account Management:
* The role entails developing and managing international key accounts in the data center segment (hyperscalers, colocation, and developers) by formulating and implementing strategic plans.
Segment Strategy & Market Development:
* In close collaboration with the Segment Lead, you will co-develop and implement the central segment strategy for data centers, fostering a unified approach to market development.
International Key Account Management Community & Knowledge Sharing:
* You will establish and maintain an internal cross-country data center community to facilitate knowledge exchange and synchronize activities across business units, driving collective growth and success.
Key Qualifications:
* A university degree, preferably in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Several years of experience in international key account management or business development, ideally within energy infrastructure and with strong connections to data centers.
Responsibilities:
* Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Miller Heimann, Relationship Selling, and Value-Based Selling to drive systematic business development.
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for target markets, in conjunction with the Marketing function, and build use cases that align with our objectives.
* Actively participate in relevant associations (e.g., GDA, EUDCA, Bitkom) and coordinate lobbying efforts on national and EU levels, promoting industry growth and awareness.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in project management, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to proactively manage decision-making processes and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* A strong understanding of the economic, technical, and legal context of complex energy infrastructure solutions, enabling informed decision-making and effective problem-solving.
* A strong entrepreneurial and sales mindset, with a keen sense of opportunity and a drive to succeed.
