Company: Coherence OS
Location: Remote (Global)
Engagement Type: Project-Based (35–45 hours)
Compensation: Cash OR Platform Access (2 Years)
Context for This Role
We are building Coherence OS because we believe the next era of technology requires more than speed and scale — it requires meaning, integrity, and systems that hold over time.
This translation work is part of a broader effort to make advanced systems accessible across languages — not as content, but as infrastructure.
This is not a typical translation project.
You are not translating marketing copy or generic product documentation. You are helping extend access to a system designed to support individuals in navigating and participating in a rapidly changing economic landscape shaped by AI.
The work requires precision, judgment, and respect for meaning. Much of what you will translate involves concepts that must remain structurally intact across languages — not just linguistically accurate, but conceptually faithful.
We are looking for translators who understand that language is not just communication — it is access.
About Coherence OS
Coherence OS is an AI-native operating system focused on preserving human meaning, identity, and ethical coherence in the age of advanced automation.
We are building foundational infrastructure intended to support long-lived, global-scale systems — not short-term SaaS experiments.
This role is for someone who wants to contribute to systems that will matter over time.
Company Stage & Visibility
Coherence OS is in its earliest build phase. We are intentionally operating with a minimal public footprint while core systems, filings, and internal foundations are being finalized.
We have a minimal public website. Full context about the company, mission, and roadmap will be shared during the interview process.
Scope of Work
* Translate structured system content from English into German
* Preserve meaning, tone, and conceptual integrity — not just literal phrasing
* Maintain consistency across terminology and frameworks
* Flag ambiguities or areas requiring clarification
* Collaborate asynchronously with our internal team when needed
Requirements
* Native or near-native fluency in German
* Strong proficiency in English (written comprehension required)
* Ability to translate abstract and conceptual material accurately
* High attention to detail and consistency
* Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Compensation Options
You may choose between two options:
Option 1: Cash Payment (Project-Based)
* Fixed, one-time payment upon completion of the translation
* No ongoing access or involvement beyond the project
Option 2: Platform Access (Preferred Option)
* 2 years of full platform access ( retail value: $4,800+ USD )
* Access to systems designed to build, operate, and support income-generating activities
* Removes the need to pay separately for tools, automation, and execution support typically required to run these activities
This option is intended for individuals who think beyond a single project and want access to infrastructure they can continue using over time.
While the retail cost is $4,800+, the actual value is not capped at that number — it depends on how the system is used. Many individuals will spend significantly more than this over time trying to assemble comparable capabilities independently.
Most candidates who recognize the long-term value of access over one-time payment choose Option 2.
Selection Priority
Due to the nature of this work and the role it plays in expanding access globally, priority will be given to candidates who select Platform Access
How to Apply
Please submit:
* Your CV (in English)
* A brief note confirming your language pair and availability
* Which compensation option you prefer
Applications must be submitted in English. Submissions in other languages will not be reviewed.
Closing
This role is best suited for individuals who want to contribute to something being built with long-term intent.
If you are looking for a standard translation task, this will likely feel different.
If you are interested in contributing to systems designed to operate at scale, across languages, and over time — you will likely find this work meaningful.
