Your profile At least 15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale SAP ERP business driven transformation Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA rollouts in large, multi-segment organizations, preferably in the Pharma/Life Science industry or in a validated industry Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple internal and external project stakeholders Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control and a demonstrated ability to manage large budgets Relevant certifications in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is advantageous Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is advantageous Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to engage stakeholders up to C-Level German language knowledge is a plus Mindesteingruppierung/Minimum Grading: AT
