Build features in the domain of Customer Support and Self-Service. Be owner and evolve our Salesforce solutions for Customer Support and other operations teams. Integrate Salesforce with knowledge base, phone system, the Scalable Capital backend and others. Leverage AWS cloud and serverless services to build and run our platform efficiently. Write clean, testable, maintainable and well-documented code and treat security as a first class citizen Be part of modern software development practices (e.g. agile and self-managed teams, continuous integration and deployment, test automation, cloud-based infrastructure and tooling) This is a role in the engineering department with opportunities to grow into a Salesforce developer or Fullstack developer.
