Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to assist the dealership in providing students with meaningful work experiences, on-the-job training, and ongoing personal development. This involves supporting various departments in their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Shadow management to understand the dealership's general strategy and goals.
* Assist the focus team in process improvement and customer/employee engagement projects by analyzing data and implementing recommendations.
* Complete special projects as directed by senior leadership, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as assigned, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Direct calls and customers to the appropriate department or person, providing exceptional customer service.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
* Participate in required training sessions, staying up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices.
* Record all hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system, maintaining transparency and accountability.
