Personal Assistant / Office Administrator (m/f)

Your tasks :
As a Personal  Assistant / Office Administrator you will be a key contact person. This is a varied and diverse position. You will support Managers in the area of administration and organization in order to contribute to the running of the company’s daily activities.
This will involve the following tasks :
·        Executing necessary administrative follow-up of all kind, while being involved in all the different fields of the activities of the company
·        Greeting visitors, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
·        Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the managers
·        Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the managers are well prepared for meetings
·        Anticipating needs and expectations, organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
·        Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations on PowerPoint
·        Dealing with order supplies and managing office suppliers or service providers, ensuring maintenance of office equipment
·        Liaising with the Finance/Accounting department for invoice clearing (office and technical supplies)

Your profile :
·        Relevant Degree in Secretary, Administration or similar
·        Proven experience as Personal Assistant at Director level (5+ years of experience)
·        Fluent in English is mandatory, French language would be an asset
·        Advanced PC skills
·        Able to handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines
·        Excellent organisation and communications skills
·        Discreet and reliable
