Kerry Robert Associates is delighted to recruit a Food & Beverage Director for a luxury hotel located in the historic part of Hamburg Germany. It is part of one of the fastest expanding hotel groups in Europe
The hotel has over 200 bedrooms, a luxury spa, a restaurant, meetings and events rooms.
Food and Beverage is a central part of the guest journey, making this a pivotal role within the senior management team. The Food & Beverage Director is the senior-most leader responsible for the full strategic, commercial, operational, and financial performance of the hotel’s entire Food & Beverage division.
This role carries full decision-making authority regarding F&B performance, organisational structure, product direction, budgeting, investment planning, and the development of senior leaders within the division.

Requirements :
* Over 5 years in senior F&B leadership within a luxury hotel or resort environment
* Proven success managing multi-outlet operations with high annual revenue volume.
* Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable financial achievements.
* Experience leading large operational teams and senior managers.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong understanding of European F&B trends, sustainability initiatives, and guest experience design.
* Fluency in German and English
Salary - Up to 90,000 Euros, + great annual bonus and excellent company benefits
