We are shaping the digital transformation of business processes with modern automation platforms like Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud), Nintex Workflow (SharePoint) and K2 (On-Premises).

Responsibilities:
* Center of Excellence: Together with our customers, you build CoE for the Power Platform, define standards and establish best practices for sustainable automation.
* Process analysis & solution design: You analyze business processes and develop automation solutions with Power Automate and Power Apps.
* Implementation & integration: You develop flows and apps, integrate them into Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Dataverse, and ensure seamless automation.
* Technology consulting: You support companies in introducing the Power Platform and accompany the change to modern IT landscapes.
* Workshops & Enablement: You conduct requirement workshops, create proof of concepts, and ensure sustainable acceptance through training.
* Quality & documentation: You ensure the transparency of the solutions and support the creation of technical documentation.
Profile:
* Completed studies in the field of IT, business informatics or comparable professional experience.
* Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
* Fundamental knowledge in process optimization and business analysis.
* Ideal qualification: Experience with modeling methods such as BPMN, ARIS or UML.
* Languages: Very good German and good English skills.
* Nice-to-have: Certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, PL-400 or PL-600 (Solution Architect) as well as additional qualifications such as Power BI (PL-300), Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), ITIL 4 Foundation and Scrum Master for governance and agile project management.
* Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Fabric as well as the integration of the Power Platform for data analysis and AI to implement modern analysis and automation solutions comprehensively.
