We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls and emails in a timely and satisfactory manner.
This position is part of our Customer Service Department and involves coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously while providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a strong command of English (C1 level) and Spanish, and the ability to develop in a multicultural environment.
The following skills and qualifications are essential:
* High School diploma (A level), apprenticeship or equivalent
* C1 Level Language Skills (English + Spanish)
* Willingness to develop in a multicultural environment
A plus would be if you bring an additional language skill (FR, DE, IT) and have basic understanding of business processes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Answer customer requests on the phone
* Dispatch customer requests within internal systems (CRM)
* Liaise with internal departments (Support, Logistics, Sales and other admin teams)
