Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Meta Ads | DACH Focus

Europe-based (hybrid in Lisbon or remote within the EU)
🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of paid social campaigns for fast-growing e-commerce brands in the DACH market.
This is a very execution-heavy role: you will be responsible for managing, optimising and scaling multiple client accounts on a day-to-day basis, with Meta Ads as the core channel.
If you enjoy working close to the numbers, making frequent optimisation decisions, and directly impacting revenue, this role is for you.
🎯 Your Responsibilities
* Own 8–10 e-commerce client accounts as the main point of contact
* Plan, launch, optimise and scale Meta Ads campaigns (primary channel) on a daily basis
* Monitor performance closely (ROAS, CPA, budgets, bids) and make adjustments multiple times per day
* Develop and present performance strategies, budgets and growth ideas in regular client calls
* Brief creative teams and ensure timely testing and rollout of new ad creatives
* Identify performance opportunities beyond paid media to support sustainable growth
* Maintain fast, clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams
✅ Must-Have Requirements

* 2–3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience for e-commerce brands
* Strong, daily hands-on experience with Meta Ads (setup, optimisation, scaling)
* Fluent German (C1 level or higher) – required for client communication
* Fluent English (C1)
* Experience managing multiple client accounts in parallel with full performance responsibility
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
➕ Nice-to-Have
* Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads
* Background in DACH markets or working with German-speaking clients
* Agency experience in performance or growth marketing
* Experience collaborating closely with designers and video editors
