Your tasks
- Independent creation of specification documents (e.g. templates, SOPs) in compliance with applicable regulations (GMP requirements, ICH guidelines, requirements of health authorities) and in coordination with relevant local and global interfaces.
- Strategic screening of guidelines and internal specifications, evaluation and presentation of the results.
- Further development of the existing document landscape and structures, taking into account Lean Management principles.
- Planning, managing, and implementing complex projects while adhering to quality and time targets. They serve as a central interface and proactively coordinate and align with all participating departments.
- Independent literature research
Your profile
Must Have:
- Completed studies in the fields of biology, chemistry, or biochemistry
Several years of experience in the planning and execution of projects, as well as proven success in the independent conception and formulation of specification documents, publications, process descriptions or reports.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant guidelines (including GMP/ICH) and pharmaceutical processes, as well as a pronounced awareness of the requirements in a regulated working environment.
- Very good German and English skills (fluent in spoken and written German)

- Knowledge in the field of gene therapy and virological knowledge
