Key Responsibilities
· Identify, pitch, negotiate and integrate local partners such as ERP、Multi-Channel Agencies and DTCs.
· Co‑design merchant recruitment campaigns with partners and track lead quality & GMV.
· Directly approach C‑level stakeholders of German Tier‑1 & Tier‑2 brands, close flagship-store deals, coordinate onboarding & co‑marketing.
· Act as point of contact to internal tech, legal, finance, and marketing teams for all partner/brand matters.
Must‑Have Qualifications
· 5+ years BD/partnership experience in e‑commerce, retail or tech industry.
· Proven network with German brands & retailers (e.g., MediaMarkt‑Saturn, Bosch, Miele, Adidas).
· Strong contract negotiation, P&L, and project‑management skills.
· Excellent communication & presentation in German and English.
Nice‑to‑Have
· Track record launching Tier‑1 brands on a new marketplace or DTC channel.
· Knowledge of local product certifications, VAT/EPR compliance.
· Mandarin proficiency.
