What you will be doing As a Consulting Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in shaping data-driven change for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Leading client engagements from discovery to delivery, managing interdisciplinary teams and driving high-quality outcomes. Developing data strategies and business models in close collaboration with clients, including governance, cloud infrastructure, and AI use cases. Driving change management initiatives to help organizations adopt digital solutions sustainably. Managing (sub-)projects independently, ensuring transparent communication, stakeholder alignment, and strong client relationships. Inspiring clients and colleagues with your knowledge of digital trends and emerging technologies. Mentoring junior consultants, promoting a collaborative and empowering team environment. What you should bring A minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, or within data strategy, cloud transformation, or digital marketing environments, including 2+ years of managing projects and/or clients. Strong affinity for data and technology, ideally with experience in data platforms, customer data management, or BI tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English. A team-oriented personality with a structured, solution-driven mindset. Empathy, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Why join Artefact?
