Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Acting as the expert for the SAP S/4HANA FI module with a focus on Asset Accounting and contributing to the product team
* Managing external system integrators and providing level 3 support to end users for incidents and service tasks
* Coordinating change management activities and serving as the first point of contact for issues related to operational stability and improvements
* Monitoring operational KPIs, evaluating data with the product team, identifying risks and proposing corrective measures to enhance stability
* Contributing to the design, implementation, configuration, testing and operation of the product, while recommending improvements based on recurring issues
* Collaborating with the product owner, team members, business users and stakeholders to refine product requirements and update technical specifications
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, particularly processes, transactions and customisations related to Asset Accounting
* Knowledge of Asset Accounting business processes within SAP and their integration with other modules
* Solid understanding of ITSM processes and best practices as well as general IT architectures and system landscapes
* Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities, paired with risk analysis and assessment skills
* Hand-on experience with operations and maintenance tools (e.g. ServiceNow and Confluence) and methodologies, with an agile mindset for working in product teams
* Proficient in English and the ability to engage with various stakeholders; knowledge of German is a plus
Desirable extras.
* Experience working with SAP Solution Manager
* Knowledge of the ITIL framework
* Basic knowledge of SAP Authorization Concept
* Very good intercultural skills
