Your Responsibilities
Supervise staff, provide leadership, guidance, coaching, feedback as well as career planning
Install, upgrade, maintenance and repair of Advantest Test systems according to quality standards
Planning, prioritization and deployment of resources to meet project and business targets
Create and execute implementation plans for projects and track project completion
Escalation Management
Maintain excellent customer relationship
Contribute as a member of the Advantest team to the overall goals of our company
Your Qualifications
Engineering degree (Dipl.-lng. FH/TU) or similar
Knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Office, UNIX and Redhat operating system
Driver license and willingness to travel
Demonstrated good project management skills
Good German and English skills (written and spoken)
