Your Role: Customer Care Specialist (d/f/m) - DACH

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Order Processing: Handling price inquiries, orders, and modifications. Coordinating timely deliveries, monitoring open orders via Sales Force and SAP, and managing invoicing through SAP R/3, including master data maintenance.
* Customer Interaction: Responding to incoming emails and customer calls in both German and English.
* Sales Targets: Collaborating closely with production, sales, and product management to optimize sales goals.
* Complaint Management: Addressing and tracking customer complaints and returns in partnership with our internal suppliers.

This position is part of the Sales Operations/Customer Care EMEA department located in Wetzlar and is an onsite role.


What We’re Looking For:

Essential Requirements:

* Completed commercial training with initial experience in customer service, preferably in a multinational company.
* Self-motivated, responsible, focused, and results-oriented.
* Excellent German and good English language skills.
* Strong IT skills (MS Office, SAP R/3).

Preferred Experience:

* Familiarity with Salesforce.
