As a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) you’ll drive growth across Enterprise accounts (1–5 bn revenue) in Central Germany. We’re looking for hunters with ambition, energy, and the will to win new customers for Splunk/Cisco.
What you’ll do:
1. Run your territory with an agile account plan
2. Own the full sales cycle – pipeline to close
3. Uncover customer pain and prove Splunk’s value with MEDDPICC
4. Orchestrate the Splunk Village (your virtual account team)
5. Lead with value and insight
6. Leverage our partner ecosystem of resellers, MSPs and GSIs
7. Deliver impact together with Professional Services or trusted partners
8. Always push for outstanding results
What we’re looking for:
9. A true hunter – comfortable selling into 75–80% whitespace
10. Proven software sales experience in Security & Cloud
11. Social selling skills and strong networker
12. Thrives in high-growth, fast-changing environments
13. Salesforce know-how to hit the ground running
14. Solid MEDDPICC experience to stay in control of deals
15. Native German, fluent English (written & spoken)
