From Coder to Creator: Shape the Future of Software Development with AI
We believe the role of the software developer is fundamentally changing. For us, you're no longer just someone who types syntax, but the architect who writes the software's "story" and guides AI as a powerful tool. We're looking for an expert who is at home in the .NET ecosystem but is ready to break down barriers and use AI to overcome any technological challenge.
Your mission: AI Orchestration & Architecture
You no longer just program, but have programs programmed for you, refine the result, and become the interface between human intention and machine execution.
* Storytelling & Specification-Driven Development : You translate complex business requirements into precise technical contexts ("stories" / prompts) that our AI models transform into high-quality code.
* AI-Assisted .NET Engineering : You use your deep understanding of .NET architecture to validate, optimize, and seamlessly integrate AI-generated code into our system landscape.
* Polyglot Exploration : While your foundation is .NET, you use AI to overcome technological barriers. You implement solutions in other languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust) as needed, combining your architectural skills with the AI's syntax expertise.
* Tooling & Enablement : You'll build the "workbench of the future." You'll develop internal tools and services that empower the entire development team to use AI more efficiently in their daily work.
* Automation & DevOps : You create CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and container solutions to ensure that code created by humans and AI goes into production safely and quickly.
Your profile: Deep foundation, new mindset. We are looking for someone who knows the rules so well that they know how to break them and put them back together in a new way.
Your foundation:
* Deep .NET DNA : You have several years of experience with C# / .NET and understand what's happening under the hood (memory management, async/await, LINQ). You have a trained eye for code quality and immediately recognize weaknesses, whether written by a human or AI.
* Modern web development & containers : Experience with Blazor, React, Docker, and Kubernetes. You know how modern distributed applications run in the .NET environment.
* DevOps practitioner : CI/CD (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins) is not a foreign concept to you, but part of your daily routine.
Your mindset:
* AI Story Bauer : You understand prompt engineering not as a gimmick, but as an engineering discipline (chain of thought, context-window management). You can structure requirements in such a way that an AI can implement them flawlessly .
* Architecture before syntax : You think in terms of systems, interfaces, and data flows. For you, the programming language is just a tool that will become interchangeable thanks to AI.
* Critical Curator : You use AI consciously and thoughtfully. Your trained code-review eye immediately recognizes misinterpretations, security risks, and logical inconsistencies.
* Willingness to learn : You are eager to leave your .NET comfort zone and let AI guide you into new tech stacks (Cloud Native, Python Data Services, etc.).
