Deine Aufgaben
- Leadership, co-ownership, and governance of the HR Transformation Office (TMO) with responsibility for driving the global HR Transformation agenda
- Design, implementation, and continuous refinement of a scalable, modern HR Operating Model and Service Delivery Model
- Alignment of HR structures, roles, responsibilities, and governance frameworks with overall enterprise strategy
- Definition, prioritization, and integration of HR technology and digital enablement solutions in close collaboration with HRIT and IT teams
- Acting as a strategic interface between HR Leadership, governance bodies, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Establishment and governance of KPIs, performance metrics, and value realization frameworks, including executive-level reporting
- Oversight and prioritization of the HR transformation portfolio, ensuring resource optimization, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence
- Driving continuous improvement, maturity assessments, and identification of optimization opportunities to enhance HR effectiveness and scalability
- Development and execution of comprehensive change management, communication, and adoption strategies for sustainable transformation success
Deine Qualifikationen
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- Minimum 5 years professional experience, ideally in Consulting, HR Transformation, or Strategy-related roles
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing HR Operating Models and Service Delivery frameworks in a global environment
- Strong experience in program and portfolio management, including governance structures, reporting standards, and milestone tracking
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, ensure data integrity, and translate insights into actionable business decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging and influencing executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and lead cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills aligned with business and transformation objectives
- Solid experience in change management, including communication strategies, adoption planning, and organizational development
