Description and Requirements
As an OEM BDM, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans for key Enterprise, Medium Business and Global OEM customers. You will work closely with the OEM sales team, the Enterprise, Medium Business and Global OEM customers account managers, and the technical specialists to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. You will also maintain and grow existing relationships with OEM customers and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Enterprise, Medium Business and Global OEM customers in various industries (automotive, aerospace, industrial, medical, etc.)
2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Enterprise, Medium business and Global OEM customers business needs, challenges, and goals, and align them with the value proposition of our products and solutions.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers at the Enterprise, Medium business and Global OEM customers, and act as their trusted advisor and partner.
4. Coordinate and collaborate with the OEM sales team, the Enterprise, Medium business and Global OEM account managers, and the technical specialists to provide comprehensive and customized solutions for the OEM customers.
5. Negotiate and close contracts and agreements with the Enterprise, Medium business and Global OEM customers and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
6. Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, forecast, and revenue for the OEM accounts, and report on the sales performance and progress.
7. Provide feedback and insights on the market trends, competitive landscape, customer feedback, and product requirements to the internal stakeholders.
What We Look For:
8. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
9. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the OEM or B2B sector.
10. Fluent in English.
11. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing revenue and market share.
12. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the OEM market and the products and solutions we offer.
13. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
15. Ability to travel frequently to meet with global OEM customers and attend trade shows and events.
