Our PE Backed, German-headquartered, business management software vendor client, is looking for an
Inside Sales Representative
to join their dynamic and future-oriented software company
Your Role:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
* Provide support via phone and email throughout the sales process.
* Manage order processing, invoicing, and license administration.
* Prepare offers, handle contracts, and oversee the full commercial process.
* Generate and qualify leads, drive upselling, and acquire new customers.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows.
* Keep customer and product data up to date, while optimizing processes.
What You Bring:
* Completed commercial training (e.g., business administration or related).
* Initial experience in sales and strong commercial know-how.
* Familiarity with business software (payroll software a plus).
* Basic knowledge of accounting and product management.
* Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
