ABOUT THE JOB


In this role, you will:


* Be a trusted partner to our strategic customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
* Stay close to their goals, checking in regularly and offering guidance to help them succeed with Prewave.
* Run engaging activities like market trend updates, workshops, and customer roundtables.
* Gather and share feedback, spotting patterns and sharing ideas for product improvements.
* Train and support users, helping them get the most out of Prewave with best practices and tailored advice.
* Present our product’s value, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value.
* Be the voice of the customer, sharing insights with our product team to shape future development.
* Juggle multiple projects, keeping timelines on track and communication clear.
* Keep customer data clean and organized, ensuring a seamless experience across tools and platforms.



ABOUT YOU


Must haves


* 8-14 years of experience in a customer-facing role (consulting, customer success)
* Previous experience with leading complex projects for strategic customers
* Excellent organizational and project management skills- managing multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
* Tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
* Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
* Valid work permit for Austria
* Fluent English and German skills


Bonus points for


* Previous experience in technical industry/environment
* Previous experience or exposure to supply chain environment
* Previous experience in procurement industry/environment
