Responsibilities
* You will advise and support our customers regarding the systems in use
* You will be responsible for coordinating, processing, and managing customer requests
* In addition, you will handle the technical installation and configuration of the order-entry product as well as second-level support for our laboratory locations
* Furthermore, your responsibilities will include managing your own sub-projects and implementing project tasks
* You will ensure the stable operation of the applications in use
* You will handle troubleshooting and error correction in collaboration with the manufacturer
* You will manage various service providers regarding the system in use
* Your maintenance and upkeep of the applications in use form the foundation for this
Profile
* You have successfully completed a degree or vocational training in the IT field, or you have completed training as an MTLA / MTA (m/f/d) with a strong affinity for IT
* In addition, you have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable environment
* You have basic knowledge of operating Linux systems
* Knowledge of order entry systems (ideally with ixserv) is an advantage
* Ideally, you have knowledge of medical data exchange formats such as HL7 and LDT
* Alternatively, initial experience with laboratory, physician, or hospital information systems (LIS, HIS, AIS) would be advantageous
* Good German language skills are a prerequisite for this position
* You enjoy taking on responsibility and working in a team
* Your solution- and customer-oriented mindset, along with strong communication skills, round out your profile
