YOUR TASKS – HERE’S WHAT YOU’RE PASSIONATE ABOUT
* Independently handling the ongoing financial accounting of our subsidiaries and managing all payment processes with high diligence.
* Collaborating with our CFO and team members from controlling, accounting, etc., to prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and tax law.
* Carrying out monthly VAT returns.
* Creating regular statistics and reports.
* Working closely with other departments and companies within the group.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Ideally, some professional experience as a financial accountant or similar, or starting your career after relevant vocational training, e.g., as a tax clerk.
* Some insight into preparing monthly and annual financial statements with good basic accounting knowledge.
* Enjoy administrative work in MS Office (especially Excel), working very precisely, structured, and detail-oriented.
* Quick grasp of complex topics, thinking ahead, and seeing the big picture.
* Experience with DATEV or electronic invoice processing tools is a plus but not required.
* Desire to grow with us, develop continuously, and take on more responsibility over time.
