Technical Leadership
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to join our IT infrastructure team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
* Technical Management: Oversee the management of the IT team, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
* Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of IT projects.
* IT Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
* Infrastructure Support: Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including network, server, and desktop support.
* Security: Implement robust security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
* Sound technical knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
