J&T Express is a fast-growing global logistics company with a strong focus on e-commerce and last-mile delivery.
With operations across Asia and rapidly expanding across Europe, we are currently building and scaling our logistics network in Germany. This is a hands-on environment where speed matters, ownership is expected, and ideas are turned into action quickly.
Your Role
You will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and continuously improving our logistics network across Germany.
This role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking and pragmatic execution – turning data into real operational improvements.
Your Responsibilities
Network Planning & Optimization
* Design and optimize the logistics network structure (delivery stations, routes, linehaul connections)
* Analyze shipment volumes and forecast capacity requirements
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, coverage, and cost structure
* Support the expansion of the network across multiple regions
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
* Analyze operational data (volumes, routes, capacity, performance KPIs)
* Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the network
* Translate data into clear, actionable improvements
DSP & Partner Network
* Support planning and onboarding of Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and external partners
* Monitor performance and capacity of partners
* Ensure alignment between network planning and operational execution
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with operations, linehaul, last-mile, and regional teams
* Align planning decisions with real operational constraints
* Drive improvements across teams and processes
Your Profile
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or network planning
* Strong analytical skills with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset
* Ability to translate data into operational decisions
* Understanding of last-mile, linehaul, or distribution network structures
* Structured, solution-oriented, and execution-driven
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-up environment
* Fluent in Englisch & German
* Chinese is a plus
