Your Responsibilities
1. Serve as the first customer contact while managing inquiries, orders, quotations, and coordination with internal teams.
2. Plan and coordinate service technicians’ deployments, including organization and monitoring of travel activities.
3. Identify required spare parts using technical drawings and documentation.
4. Handle administrative processes such as creating service invoices in the ERP system and tracking orders/quotations.
5. Ensure adherence to quality, work, and safety guidelines throughout all service processes.
Your qualifications
6. Strong customer and service focus with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
7. Completed technical or commercial training; experience in customer service or maintenance is a plus.
8. Confident use of MS Office and a high level of initiative, responsibility, and commitment.
9. Team‑oriented, structured work style with good English skills.
