My client is a global Cost and Project Management Consultancy within the construction industry.
As part of their ongoing growth in the German Project & Cost Management team, are seeking a forward-thinking Office Lead in Berlin with expertise in the Construction and Real Estate sectors.
You will play a key role in expanding their German portfolio, with a particular focus on the refurbishment and repositioning of existing projects and business development.

The role of a
Office Lead
Includes the following responsibilities:
* Provide Project Management services through pre and post contract process
* To support business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances
* To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
* Take personal responsibility for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards
* Work with senior members of staff to gather market testing data of key elements for the developments
* To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
* Provide assistance on general project management tasks such as meeting minutes, dashboard reporting, risk management etc.
* Prepare and assist with the preparing and issuing tender documents, evaluations, contract documentations and reports
* Prepare and assist with the production of cost reports and cost forecasting
* Advising and liaising with internal project and cost control team
Key Attributes:
* Degree qualified in Construction, Engineering or similar technical discipline
* Working towards Chartered status
* Ideally a minimum of 6
+
years' experience of working in the Construction industry
* A team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious
* Likeable and warm personality which will fit in and become an integral part of the team
* A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
* Hospitality or real estate background
