As Operations & S&OP Manager, you will connect sales, operations, and production planning to ensure alignment between customer demand, business priorities, and operational execution.
You will play a central role in driving structured planning processes, improving cross-functional coordination, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Act as the key connection point between sales, operations, and production planning teams
Align demand forecasts, production capacities, and business priorities to support reliable execution
Drive data-informed decision-making through structured analysis and planning processes
Support the development of scalable planning and operational processes as the company grows
Fluency in both German and English
Experience in operations management, production planning, supply chain, or Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Strong understanding of demand planning, operational coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder management
Confidence working with data, KPIs, and operational reporting to support business decisions
Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA in operations, planning, or supply chain functions
