Als Teil von 50Hertz sorge ich als Datacenter Field Service Spezialist*in dafür, dass unsere digitale Infrastruktur jederzeit zuverlässig funktioniert – und das mitten im Herzstück des Unternehmens: unseren Rechenzentren. <li><strong>Störungen erkennen und beheben:</strong> Bei technischen Problemen analysiere ich die Ursachen, behebe Fehler und dokumentiere alle Schritte im Rahmen des Incident- Prozesses,</li>
<li><strong>Hardware zum Laufen bringen:</strong> Installation, Wartung und Upgrades von passiver Infrastruktur, Servern, Speicher- und Netzwerkkomponenten gehören zu meinem Tagesgeschäft – zuverlässig, strukturiert und mit technischem Feingefühl,</li>
<li><strong>Verbindungen schaffen:</strong> Ich richte Verkabelungen und Verbindungspunkte ein, halte sie instand und sorge so für eine stabile Infrastruktur,</li>
<li><strong>Komponenten instand halten:</strong> Defekte Hardware tausche ich aus oder repariere sie direkt vor Ort – effizient und mit Blick auf minimale Ausfallzeiten,</li>
<li><strong>Im Team stark:</strong> In enger Abstimmung mit Netzwerk- und Systemadministrationsteams sowie externen Dienstleistern sorge ich für reibungslose Abläufe im Rechenzentrum,</li>
<li><strong>Qualität sichern:</strong> Ich begleite neue Hardwarelösungen, führe Abnahmetests durch und kontrolliere die Qualität der passiven Infrastruktur,</li>
<li><strong>Den Überblick behalten:</strong> Von der Bestandsaufnahme über die Ersatzteilverwaltung bis zur Überwachung von Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit – ich achte auf jedes Detail, das den Betrieb sicher macht,</li>
<li><strong>Bei Notfällen und Betriebsausfällen</strong> stehe ich im Rahmen der Rufbereitschaft von Datacom zur Verfügung.</li>
</ul>
<p><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Meine Kompetenzen:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbar, im Idealfall mit einer Fortbildung zum Techniker bzw. der Bereitschaft zu einer solchen Weiterqualifizierung,</li>
<li>Fachwissen im Bereich passiver Verkabelung, insbesondere in Bezug auf Glasfaser- und Messtechniken,</li>
<li>Fähigkeit zur schnellen Problemlösung und Fehlerbehebung,</li>
<li>Vertrautheit mit Standards und Best Practices im Umfeld hochverfügbarer Rechenzentren,</li>
<li>Fähigkeit zum selbständigen Arbeiten und Umgang mit einer offenen Fehler- und Feedbackkultur,</li>
<li>Sprachen: Deutsch (Verhandlungssicher, C1), Englisch (B2).</li>
</ul>
