Tasks
You accompany the recruiting process for IT Young Talents (trainees and dual students), participate in selection procedures and organize the (pre-)onboarding
You plan and organize workshops and events for IT Young Talents and actively implement your own ideas
You are responsible for student internships - from organization to supervision
You contribute your ideas to personnel marketing initiatives and help implement them, including participation in job fairs
You will support and take responsibility for the further development of our knowledge management system
You take on administrative tasks, e.g. coordinating appointments, maintaining Microsoft Teams channels
In order to promote your professional and personal development, you will supervise your own project

Requirements
At the time of the internship, you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in (business) psychology, business administration, economics or similar
Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)
You have some experience in the HR sector, e.g. through an internship
You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications
An open and respectful working relationship is important to you
You are able to work independently and responsibly
You speak German fluently & English very well
You are characterized by a willingness to learn and analytical thinking
You enjoy teamwork
