Senior Corporate Officer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to join our boutique PFS in the Cloche d'Or area.
Our team assists financial companies and has built an excellent reputation for itself on the market.
* Corporate administration of Holdings and SPV, including incorporation, daily follow-up, and liquidation/dissolution will be your key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare board and shareholder meetings, draft minutes, open bank accounts, approve annual accounts, and handle statutory changes.
2. Serve as a key point of contact for clients and third parties, including lawyers, notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience as a corporate officer in a similar environment.
Strong language skills in French and English are required.
A personality that is open to adapting to a new team is essential.
