In the course of internationalization into the English-speaking market (United States), ideally beginning as of we are looking for: Employee Customer Service / Customer Support (m/f/d)
In this role, you will get to
* Work in the customer service area: careful processing of primarily telephone and written customer enquiries in english
* Ensure customer satisfaction, service orientation, quality and efficiency
* Deal with objections and solution-oriented processing of complaints
* Data management and maintenance
* Stocking and processing orders
* Support the head of department in day-to-day business
* Liaison function between customers and internal departments
We are looking for people who
* Have completed your school education, ideally a commercial apprenticeship.
* Have a pleasant, friendly voice and ideally experience in customer service
* Are precise, conscientious and goal-oriented in your work
* Have the ability to enthuse customers on the phone about products and act in a customer-friendly, level-headed and confident manner when dealing with complaints
* Strong service orientation and quality awareness
* Basic knowledge of MS Office
* Online affinity
* Have a pronounced service mentality
* English at a native-speaker level, both written and spoken
* A high level of comprehension and willingness to explore new fields of work and tasks
