Your Responsibilities
* Supervise staff, provide leadership, guidance, coaching, feedback as well as career planning
* Install, upgrade, maintenance and repair of Advantest Test systems according to quality standards
* Planning, prioritization and deployment of resources to meet project and business targets
* Create and execute implementation plans for projects and track project completion
* Escalation Management
* Maintain excellent customer relationship
* Contribute as a member of the Advantest team to the overall goals of our company
Your Qualifications
Engineering degree (Dipl.-lng. FH/TU) or similar
Knowledge in Windows, Microsoft Office, UNIX and Redhat operating system
Driver license and willingness to travel
Demonstrated good project management skills
Good German and English skills (written and spoken)
