What you´ll do
* Own and continuously improve the monthly planning cycle across EIMEA region, drive forecast accuracy, efficiency, and integration of strategic projects, market trends, gains, and attrition into the rolling forecast
* Align closely with Sales, Product Management, Controlling, and Supply Chain to translate business strategy and performance into a robust consensus demand plan. Act as the key interface with Production and Supply for the EIMEA region
* Provide both disciplinary and functional leadership to the team of Regional Business Planners, define priorities, foster capability building, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and ownership
* Monitor planning key performance indicators, uncover root causes of deviations and deliver actionable, forward-looking insights to senior leadership to support timely, risk-aware decision-making
* Lead the regional Demand Review process, ensure data-driven decisions, enforce accountability for forecast ownership and drive cross-functional alignment on assumptions and risks
* Oversee the consolidation and validation of short-, mid-, and long-term forecasts to ensure alignment with financial targets and operational feasibility
* Actively contribute to global supply chain and planning strategy by driving regional initiatives, piloting new tools or processes, and ensuring local implementation of transformation programs
* Lead the standardization and simplification of planning processes, tools and data flows across the region, actively contribute to global initiatives and digital transformation in planning
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, ideally with a focus on Controlling or Supply Chain; MSc or MBA preferred
* Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or in other fields with strong exposure to and interest in planning and supply processes
* Proven leadership track record in managing and developing high-performing teams
* Deep expertise in forecasting, S&OP/IBP, and cross-functional alignment
* Proficient in planning systems (e.g., SAP APO/IBP, O9) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
* Fluent in English; additional European language is an advantage
