The Role
This is a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant role focused on building and growing client relationships across Germany within the SaaS space. You will run a full recruitment desk – developing new business, managing client partnerships, and sourcing high-quality SaaS talent.
You’ll join a collaborative, high-performance environment where autonomy is trusted, standards are high, and success is well rewarded. You will receive direct training and mentorship from the company owner, who brings 10+ years of specialist experience in tech and SaaS recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build new client relationships across Germany within the SaaS market
- Develop and execute business development strategies to win new accounts
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to placement
- Source, engage, and qualify top SaaS talent through multiple channels
- Build and maintain strong candidate and client networks
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
- Manage recruitment processes end-to-end with quality and pace
- Consistently meet and exceed billing targets
About You
- 2.5–5 years of 360 recruitment experience (sector open)
- Proven experience in business development and client relationship building
- Languages: Fluent German & English required
- EU right to work essential
- Able to work in a creative, collaborative and flexible manner
- You are commercially driven with strong ownership mindset, and can run a desk autonomously
