Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver technical training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower partners with the necessary knowledge to promote and sell our email and cloud security products
* Collaborate with partners to provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution design to address customer requirements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, assisting them in developing sales strategies, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets
* Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for our products, addressing complex technical queries, and providing guidance on best practices and implementation
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align channel strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market presence
* Gather feedback from partners and customers to identify potential product enhancements and work with product management and development teams to improve solutions
* Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and provide insights to partners
Requirements:
* Sales Engineering experience, specifically within the cybersecurity industry
* Previous experience working with Resellers, Distributors, or other Channel Partners is essential
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of email and cloud security solutions, including knowledge of security protocols, threat detection, encryption, and data protection technologies
* Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions
