We, the RBV-BT (Inventory Management) team, are the specialists for the technical support and further development of the inventory management systems for HanseMerkur's travel insurance products. Our goal is to make processes as simple, digital, and automated as possible through close collaboration with the specialist departments, sales, and IT. We rely on modern technologies, regular releases, high data quality, and extensive automation. If you are fascinated by data and can maintain an overview even in complex processes, we are looking for you to support our Data Analytics team. Your tasks
* Conceptualization, development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for monitoring and as a basis for decision-making.
* Creation of needs-based ad-hoc analyses both within one's own department and across departments.
* Support in the development, optimization and monitoring of processes in the field of inventory technology.
* Support during the introduction of AI components in automation processes.
* Participation in a project for the further development of a cross-departmental controlling system.
Your profile
* Completed studies in a field with a focus on quantitative analysis, data analysis or empirical research (e.g. business informatics, statistics, psychology or comparable degree programs).
* Experience with data visualization tools, ideally Tableau.
* Basic knowledge of SQL is desirable, or the willingness to learn independently.
* Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to understand complex processes.
* Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary teams.
* Ideally, initial experience in the insurance sector or in process analysis.
* Independent and structured work style combined with a high willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics.
