About Our Sales Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive our business forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company goals.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and new business development.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
* Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems.
About You
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales within an industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Fluent in English (additional skills in German is a plus) and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
