Customer Service Expert

The main duties of this role include:
* Processing and handling customer orders efficiently.
* Notifying customers of order appointments via telephone.
* Collating and providing data for warehouse and disposition area processing.
* Tracking shipments and providing feedback to relevant departments.
* Accepting and processing customer complaints professionally.
* Analyzing statistics to improve service quality.
* Invoicing services rendered accurately.
The key qualifications for this role are:
* Completed training as a forwarding agent or equivalent qualification.
* Practical experience in commercial logistics is desirable.
* Confident MS-Office application skills.
* Fluent German language skills.
* Knowledge of English is desirable.
* A strong team player with excellent communication, reliability and stress resistance.
* A customer-focused and goal-oriented individual with high self-demands.
