Our Day‑to‑Day Business – And Your Role
In this position, you will:
1. Work closely with the Director of Sales Operations for the Central Europe region
2. Prepare analyses and internally present the results of projects and initiatives
3. Challenge the status quo and continuously strive for operational excellence (#wearebold)
4. Contribute to developing and implementing operational and reporting plans (annual, quarterly, monthly, etc.)
5. Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and propose creative approaches to increase efficiency and effectiveness
6. Support the introduction of standardized processes for pipeline and opportunity management as well as territory and account planning
What You Should Bring With You
You are a student, ideally studying data analytics, computer science, or economics with a suitable specialization
In addition, you bring:
7. Initial experience as a working student or intern, preferably in a consulting or software setting
8. Very good written and spoken English skills, as approximately 80% of our communication is in English
9. A strong analytical and problem-solving attitude, ideally with a background in finance, analytics, or operations
10. Experience in the development and operational implementation of management tools
11. Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
12. A strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership (#wetakeresponsibility)
13. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
14. Basic knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and/or Power BI (desirable)
15. Enthusiasm for digital applications (#wearecreative)
