Component Sourcing and Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Component Sourcing and Quality Assurance Manager to lead our efforts in sourcing and procuring high-quality components. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity of our products and meeting customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics or equivalent, and extensive knowledge of component design, manufacturing, and testing. A minimum of five years of relevant working experience is required, along with exceptional analytical skills, strong leadership abilities, and fluency in English and German.

Your Qualifications:
* Bachelor/Master or University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics or equivalent
* Extensive knowledge of component design, manufacturing, and testing
* Minimum five years of relevant working experience in component sourcing and quality assurance
* Exceptional analytical skills and strong leadership abilities
* Fluent English and German language skills
* Strong self-management, coordination, and communication skills
