Due to the growth opportunities in this market, we have an opening for au202f Channel Excellence Specialist (mfd) owning the execution of the channel partner program inu202f this region/country. Key Responsibilities: Develop and represent a point of view on channel priorities,u202f program competitiveness/attractiveness u202fto regional partners and on opportunities to support regional commercial objectives through improvements in program structure and execution Own theu202f delivery of the Channel Partner Program u202fto the region/country channel partner Ensure regional channel partner footprint isu202f aligned to strategic plan and AOP objectives, including vertical and geographic coverage. Propose changes where needed to ensure alignment Executeu202f competitive program analysis u202fin partnership with regional commercial teams. Suggest and implement regional program improvements to continueu202f positioning HON as the preferred partner In partnership with regional and line of business channel marketing teams, will execute strategies tou202f support channel growthu202f KPIs, including growth in Marketing Development Funds (MDF) usage and ROI, partner engagement and retention metrics, and rebate program design Generateu202f channel insights for the region/country u202fand represent it in monthly channel team reviews with functional and business leadership Drive annualu202f partner tier alignment and program launches u202ffor the region Implement initiatives to driveu202f adoption and usage of digital program tools, such as the partner portal, positioning and reinforcing it as a value-added program benefit Manageu202f compliance and legal requirements u202fof the channel program, ensuring deployment and renewal of program agreements, channel contracts, partner due diligence and vetting Drive adoption ofu202f channel-facing marketing processes, such as the MDF and promotions submission/review Represent channel at customer-facing functions, including channel partner summits and other events Partner with channel excellence and regional commercial teams to ensure partner POS and inventory data reporting Must Have Demonstrated experience in marketing, sales, commercial operations or excellence, preferably within channel-focused industries or companies We Value Bacheloru2019s degree from an accredited university or college The ability to build influence executive leaders and build consensus across various functional groups Strong interest in driving commercial growth in complex business environments and large matrixed organizations Experience working directly with or for Channel businesses or customers Good communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivation and self-management We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
