Your Impact and Role Responsibilities

* You will take full ownership of reviewing and archiving corporate records for a diverse portfolio of entities, ensuring that all internal platforms and official registers are meticulously maintained. This rigorous approach to compliance and record-keeping provides a robust foundation for the firm's operations, allowing you to develop an eagle-eye for detail that is highly prized in the legal and financial sectors.
* By coordinating the gathering of signatures and performing due diligence on legal documentation, you act as the vital link between internal teams and external stakeholders like notaries and lawyers. This central coordination role enhances your professional network and communication skills, establishing you as a reliable pivot point within complex cross-border transactions.
* You will play a key role in organizing board and shareholders' meetings, from drafting convening notices to managing proxies and board packs. Supporting these high-level governance processes gives you direct exposure to corporate law in practice, significantly accelerating your understanding of how international financial structures operate at the highest level.
* Under the guidance of senior experts, you will assist in drafting legal documents related to annual accounts and board minutes, as well as monitoring KYC requirements. This hands-on involvement allows you to bridge the gap between administrative support and legal analysis, building a versatile skill set that paves the way for future advancement into senior Associate or Compliance roles.

Your Profile

* A first successful experience of 1 to 2 years within a corporate or legal environment, where you have developed a solid foundation in company law and administrative excellence.
* Strong proficiency in English and French, enabling you to communicate effectively within a multicultural and international team.
* Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, which allows you to manage data and entity portfolios with precision and ease.
* An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by autonomy and the ability to follow through on complex tasks with limited supervision.
* Natural interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude, valuing the human connections that define the firm's culture.
* A keen interest in the financial sector, specifically regarding investment funds or corporate governance.
