Finance Transformation PMO Working Student (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
* Support the maintenance and updating of project documentation (e.g. project charters, schedules, risks, issues, and action logs)
* Track project progress, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with the team to ensure timely delivery
* Collaborate closely with finance and project teams to collect and analyze relevant data
* Contribute to ensuring adherence to project management standards and best practices within the PMO
* Prepare status reports, presentations, and communication materials for stakeholders and management
* Actively support change management activities, including training coordination and communication efforts
* Maintain project-related data and documentation across relevant tools and systems
Your profile
* Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
* Structured and independent working style with a strong sense of ownership
* Strong affinity for numbers and interest in finance, projects, and technology
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Ability to stay organized and analytical in a dynamic environment
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is a plus
