Responsibilities
* Proactively engage with German-speaking customers to provide tailored product information and support.
* Identify and follow up on potential sales leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a premium sales experience.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features.
* Document all customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
* Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement sales initiatives.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
* Fluent in German, both written and spoken; fluent in English is an advantage.
* Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role are a plus.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
