Junior Consultant (f/m/d)
We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we bring out the best in you. We’re builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what’s next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You’ll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What’s in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What You’ll Build
In this role, you’ll help our most valuable customers adopt the SAP Business Partner data model and Customer & Vendor Integration (CVI) to prepare and transition to SAP S/4HANA. You’ll improve master data quality, reduce migration risk, and accelerate time‑to‑value by assessing data, designing remediation plans, and configuring systems for a smooth conversion. You’ll deliver high‑impact remote and onsite services alongside world‑class experts by optimizing performance, planning concepts, and enabling customers with best‑practice guidance and training. Your work will directly impact business continuity and customer experience during strategic transformations, and you’ll act as a feedback bridge to our Master Data development teams. You will create reusable assets, diagnostics, and playbooks; troubleshoot complex data issues; and influence Master Data standards across large landscapes. As you grow, you’ll expand into adjacent modules and functional areas, building broad enterprise knowledge while tackling diverse, real‑world challenges with the team’s constant support.
What You’ll Bring
* Programming skills in at least one language (ABAP, Python, Java, etc.) and comfort debugging technical issues.
* Strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving with attention to detail.
* Clear communication and customer empathy; you explain tech in business terms and can deliver training.
* Fluent in English and German – written and verbal.
* Collaborative mindset with internal colleagues and external customers.
* Willingness to travel (mainly within the EU, occasionally worldwide).
* Nice‑to‑have: previous exposure to SAP ERP/S/4HANA, data migration/governance, or SAP VT/STAR.
Where You Belong
Join a young and supportive team. We back each other and regularly exchange ideas and support. Mentoring and co‑delivery of projects grow you into a Master Data expert with paths beyond CVI.
